Salon Welcome
I can't wait to meet you! Have you ever been nervous about seeing a new stylist? I get it, so let me walk you through what to expect.
Once your appointment is booked, I'll review your request and reach out personally by email.
I'll send you a welcome packet with directions to the salon, where to park, and other helpful details so you feel prepared for your first visit.
You'll receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment, with the option to confirm or reschedule.
When you arrive at my salon suite, I'll welcome you in, and we'll talk about your hair goals before getting started. We'll finish with a mini photo shoot (only if you're comfortable!) and recommendations for caring for your hair at home.
The Consultation
I take the time to really understand your hair before we begin. We'll talk about your hair history, what you love or don't love about your hair right now, and how much upkeep works for your lifestyle.
I'll walk you through my recommendations and explain why I think they'll work best for your hair. Together, we'll create a plan that considers how your color grows out and how your haircut holds its shape between visits.
Styling tips and tricks are always shared so that you can recreate your new look at home!

Continued Care
My goal is to help you keep your hair looking great long after you leave the salon.
After your first visit, I'll send you a personalized follow-up email with a recap of what we did, product recommendations, and helpful tips for caring for your hair at home.
At your next appointment, we'll talk about what's working, what isn't, and how your hair has been looking and feeling. We'll continue with the plan we've created or make adjustments as your hair and needs change.
