Cancellation and reschedule policy

We understand that life happens. To respect everyone’s time, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $50 rebooking fee. For no-shows, a $100 re-booking fee will be required before you can schedule a new appointment.

The right to refuse service

Sarah Rosenow Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, including being intoxicated, verbally abusive, or actions that could affect the service’s outcome. Aggressive behavior, harassment, theft, or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated and will result in immediate refusal of service and a request to leave the premises.

Retail products

You have 14 days to exchange retail products for another item. Please note, no cash refunds will be issued, as the returned product cannot be resold.

Service re-do policy

At Sarah Rosenow Salon, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any challenges with your cut or color, please reach out within 48 hours of your service so we can address it. All re-do policies will be sent to you when booking your appointment.

Applicable law

These terms of services are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth In these terms of services are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these terms of services. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these terms of services will still be considered valid.
